I love my Grenadier! Russell was very accommodating and never pressured me to buy, answering all my questions (mostly via text which I preferred), offering options, with me every step of the way. And, it's a major purchase, no joke, but when you realize it's straight pricing, no games, and you can get almost any options you want (depending), it's an easier process. This is not a truck for everyone, especially in New York City/Long Island (security, traffic, lack of off-roading), they're not luxury comfortable with every bells and whistles, and they're quirky, but they're attractive and powerful with BMW engines and components and offer a very comfortable ride. If nothing else, visit then head into Oyster Bay for lunch to think about it.

The General manager Kunal was also very helpful. So much so I came back for a test drive. Few days later, the Genadier was in my driveway. The Grenadier is something very different and very special. I can't recommend this dealership and my salesperson, Russell, enough. So thorough in walking thru the vehicle to be sure I knew exactly why this truck is so unique and what makes it super special - I'm the Grenadier is honestly one of the most bad ass trucks developed and its nod to vintage Land Rovers, Toyotas and Jeeps give it such a proper vibe - the color choices are also unreal. Absolutely loved my experience at North Shore Ineos Grenadier. From the minute I walked in the door I knew I was at the right place. Shane was wonderful to work with, laid back but clearly an expert on the truck… a great combination to have in car sales. As much as I learned all the features of the truck, never once did Shane make me feel pressured or pushed in my decision. However, after taking the test drive and walking out the door near closing time on a Saturday, I left realizing what a great choice I was leaving behind.
